Job summary

ACCENTURE PTE LTD seeks an experienced Systems Consultant to guide strategic system analysis across complex initiatives and mentor analysts. You will translate business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient system implementation and optimization.

Key responsibilities include leading requirements gathering, conducting process analyses, translating requirements into designs, and overseeing QA/UAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, and/or related experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in systems/business analysis; including 1+ years in a supervisory position
• Experience with Data and/or AI will be a bonus
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Able to translate technical details into business-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and requirements management across stakeholder groups. Validate, document, and manage evolving system specifications.
• Conduct business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities. Use modeling techniques to propose optimized workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, data mappings, integration specs (APIs, source-to-target mapping), and user acceptance testing criteria.
• Oversee design documentation, test plans, functional and non-functional specifications; validate and test solutions through QA and UAT phases.
• Serve as technical liaison: aligning IT delivery (developers, architects, QA) with stakeholder expectations and timelines. Escalate issues and act as primary point of contact.
• Mentor, train, and lead junior system/business analysts; contribute to staff hiring, performance reviews, and ongoing development.
• Identify and implement process improvements, establish best practices for analysis and documentation standards across the team.
• Participate in strategic planning, enterprise architecture initiatives, and assess risk/opportunities associated with systems enhancements.
