Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Senior System Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of enterprise applications. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions across the full project lifecycle.

The role requires 6-8 years of experience in systems analysis or IT project delivery, strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and web technologies, and excellent communication and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or related.
• 6-8 years of experience in Systems/Business Analysis or IT project delivery.
• Experience across the full SDLC, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and web tech.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis from requirements through solution design and implementation.
• Engage stakeholders to translate needs into functional/technical specs.
• Analyse business processes and propose technology-driven improvements.
• Design integrated system solutions with internal and external platforms.
• Coordinate and support UAT to ensure solution quality.
• Prepare BRDs, Functional Specs, System Design Docs, and Test Plans.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, QA, and users across SDLC.
• Manage vendor/ SI deliverables to meet schedule, scope, and budget.
• Monitor application performance and suggest improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Analyst to lead the analysis, design, and delivery of enterprise applications. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, translating complex requirements into scalable technical solutions, and driving successful system implementations across the full project lifecycle.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis activities, from requirements gathering through solution design and implementation.
• Engage business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Analyse business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Design system solutions that integrate seamlessly with internal applications and external platforms.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain key project documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, System Design Documents, and Test Plans.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, QA teams, and business users throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Manage vendor and system integrator deliverables to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor application performance and recommend enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, and security.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, Application Development, or IT Project Delivery.
• Proven experience managing projects across the full SDLC, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on technical knowledge of: JavaJavaScriptAngularSQLWeb technologies and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Good understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery approaches.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation skills with experience producing functional and technical specifications.

Nice to Have

• Experience working on large-scale enterprise or public sector digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with system integration, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
• Professional certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, Scrum, PMP, or related disciplines.
• Experience working with external vendors and system integrators.
• Exposure to cloud-based applications, microservices architecture, or modern application development frameworks.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts or leading small project teams.
