You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors and provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts. You will oversee end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to deployment, coordinate UAT, ensure integration across platforms, and maintain documentation such as BRDs and design specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field with strong academic record.
• Proven delivery track record in systems analysis and IT projects.
• Hands-on development experience with Java/JavaScript/Angular and SQL.
• Experience across full project lifecycle and diverse SDLC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end systems analysis and design activities, including requirements gathering, process modelling, and solution architecture for new and existing systems.
• Collaborate with business units to understand operational needs and translate them into clear, detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Oversee system integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability between internal systems and external platforms.
• Manage and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior systems analysts and project team members.
• Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive initiatives to enhance system reliability, security, and scalability.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, functional specs, system design docs, and test plans.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators, ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and proactively identify opportunities to apply them within company's context.

As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be a key member of IT team, responsible for analysing, designing, and implementing technology solutions that support business operations and strategic goals. Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline from a recognised university is required.
• Relevant professional certifications will be advantageous.
• Candidates with a strong track record of delivery and demonstrable technical competency in the required programming languages and development frameworks may be considered even if their academic background is in a different field.
• Candidates should have at least six to eight years of relevant experience in systems analysis, IT project delivery, or a related field, preferably within a large enterprise or public sector environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing full project lifecycles, from requirements gathering through to deployment and post-implementation support, is essential.
• Candidates should have solid hands-on experience in application development using technologies such as Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL, and web and object-oriented programming frameworks.
• A good understanding of SDLC methodologies, whether waterfall, agile, or hybrid, is expected.
