Job summary

eFinancialCareers Ltd. is building a centralised Execution Trading team in Asia and seeks a Systematic Execution Trader. The role covers APAC crypto markets and China futures, with exposure to U.S. equities and potential expansion to more markets.

You will work with Quant Researchers, Strategists, traders and engineers in a technical trading environment to enhance execution quality and reduce operational risk.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of systematic execution trading experience in buy-side settings such as hedge funds or prop trading firms.
• Strong understanding of electronic/systematic execution and market microstructure.
• Experience drafting or optimizing trading workflows in a fast, quantitative environment.
• Comfort with Linux-based development and scripting.
• Awareness of global markets and macro developments.

Responsibilities

• Join a centralised Execution Trading team to shape how execution is managed across the firm.
• Collaborate with Quant Researchers, Quant Strategists, traders and engineers in a highly technical setting.
• Cover APAC crypto markets and China futures, with exposure to U.S. equities and potential expansion to other markets.
• Operate in a fast-moving, data-driven environment with low-latency trading infrastructure.
