Job summary

Randstad Singapore's client, a market leader, is hiring to join their Headquarters in Singapore. The role focuses on managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, delivering on-site and remote IT support, and overseeing onboarding and device setup.

You will also ensure local network connectivity, patching, and business continuity planning, monitor endpoint protection, perform vulnerability remediation, and maintain complete IT asset inventories and secure disposal processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud administration.
• Regional support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
• Deliver on-site and remote IT support, including onboarding/offboarding and device setup.
• Ensure local network connectivity, Wi‑Fi stability, patching, and support business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor endpoint protection, perform vulnerability remediation, manage access reviews and cybersecurity incident containment.
• Maintain complete IT asset inventories, lifecycle tracking and secure hardware disposal.
• Analyze service trends and manage IT service tickets to align with IT governance policies.

Your role involves:

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure

• Ensure local network connectivity, Wi-Fi stability, system patching, and support business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor endpoint protection, execute vulnerability remediation, handle access reviews, and assist with cybersecurity incident containment.
• Maintain complete IT asset inventories, tracking equipment lifecycle, maintenance records, and secure hardware disposal.
• Drive operational improvements by analyzing service trends, managing IT service tickets, and ensuring alignment with IT governance policies.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have proven experience in Microsoft 365 | M365 | O365 administration and Azure Cloud.

Experience in regional support will be of added advantage.

Cyber security experience will be of advantage and not a key requirement.
