Job summary

AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is seeking a System Engineer (QMS) to oversee the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system across multiple sites.

You will lead audits, review customer specifications, and drive corrective actions to ensure compliance with IATF16949/ISO9001 standards. The role requires a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Material disciplines with at least 3 years of relevant experience and hands-on knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience with QMS standards and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of QMS including FMEA, control plan, change control, documentation & audits.
• Maintain Quality Manuals and Procedures aligned to requirements.
• Lead QMS audits and coordinate post-audit corrective actions.
• Review customer quality systems, agreements, specifications and audit checklists.
• Review responses to customer inquiries on product content and environmental aspects.
• Coordinate technology transfer with worldwide sites and conduct trial production.
• Support supplier quality management via meetings and on-site audits.
• Assist quality-driven projects as assigned by supervisor.

• Oversee the implement of QMS includes FMEA, control plan, change control, documentation & audits.
• Maintain Quality Manuals, Procedures to ensure contents are aligned to requirements.
• Lead QMS audits, work with departments to support post-audit/follow-up corrective action.
• Review of customer’s quality system such as quality agreement, specification and audit checklist.
• Review and reply to customers on product content environmental related enquiries.
• Coordinate technology transfer with Worldwide sites, conduct trial production.
• Support supplier quality management via meeting, continuous improvement activities & on-site audit.
• Support quality-driven projects or any duties that may be assigned by superior
• Degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Material with 3 years relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of IATF16949/ISO9001 and APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC.
