NIVABIZ PTE. LTD. seeks a System/Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain Windows Server and virtualization environments in a manufacturing setting. You will manage Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, backup and storage infrastructure, and collaborate with IT teams to keep systems available and secure.

The role requires 2–5 years of hands-on experience, familiarity with VMware or Hyper-V, and a bias for 24x7 manufacturing IT. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Formación

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Around 2-5 years of hands-on System/Infrastructure Engineer experience.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server + VMware and/or Hyper-V is important.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS and DHCP.
• Exposure to backup/restore, SAN/NAS/storage and server hardware.
• Knowledge of Azure, Linux, PowerShell or networking will be an advantage.
• Semiconductor, wafer FAB, electronics manufacturing or other 24x7 manufacturing IT experience is strongly preferred.
• Candidates from companies such as Micron, GlobalFoundries, SSMC, Siltronic, Infineon, Applied Materials, ASM, KLA or other semiconductor/manufacturing environments are particularly relevant.
• Singapore Citizens/PRs preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately or with a short notice period will have an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain Windows Server infrastructure in a manufacturing environment.
• Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi/vCenter and/or Microsoft Hyper-V virtual environments.
• Support Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS and DHCP.
• Perform server installation, configuration, patching, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Support physical and virtual servers, including hardware troubleshooting.
• Support SAN/NAS/storage infrastructure and basic storage administration.
• Perform and monitor backup, restore and disaster recovery activities using tools such as Veeam, Veritas NetBackup or equivalent.
• Support Microsoft/Azure-related infrastructure where applicable.
• Monitor infrastructure availability and resolve incidents within SLA.
• Perform preventive maintenance, security patching and system hardening.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs and technical records.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for infrastructure incidents and projects.
• Support critical IT systems in a 24x7 semiconductor/manufacturing environment when required.
