Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to install, test, and implement systems in line with specifications and service requirements. You will manage changes, perform root-cause analyses, and develop disaster recovery plans to ensure uninterrupted operations.

You will troubleshoot PSIM, CCTV, access control, and network infrastructure issues, and provide guidance to customers and project teams while maintaining CIS hardening for Windows and Linux servers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows server configuration.
• Familiarity with security systems and network infrastructure.
• Strong technical background in systems and infrastructure.
• Ability to clearly and concisely explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with CIS hardening will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and implement systems in accordance with specifications and service level requirements, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
• Manage system changes using established change request processes, including impact assessment, approvals, and stakeholder communication.
• Conduct root cause analysis for system issues and proactively implement preventive measures. Continuously monitor effectiveness and refine solutions as needed.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive service continuity measures, including backup/restore procedures and disaster recovery plans, to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
• Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers and project teams, assisting in decision-making and resolving complex technical issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PSIM ( Physical Security Information System), CCTV surveillance systems,access control systems, alarm and intrusion systems, network infrastructure
• CIS hardening for Windows and Linux servers
• Perform basic computer and network maintenance.
