Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a senior technical analyst to lead regional payment solutions, translating business requirements into scalable designs and overseeing end-to-end architecture, implementation, and production support.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to review and optimize solutions, ensure alignment with requirements, industry best practices, and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience with CBPR+ standards and regulatory reporting.
• Familiar with SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 messaging and mapping.

Responsibilities

• Review technical designs, test strategies, and QA across unit, system, and integration testing.

Summary:

Job Scope:

• Lead technical analysis for regional payment solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs while overseeing end-to-end system architecture, solution implementation, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to design, review, and optimise technical solutions, ensuring alignment with functional requirements, industry best practices, and project objectives.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical specifications and design documentation, while evaluating and recommending alternative solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Oversee vendor deliverables and quality assurance activities, including the review of technical designs, test strategies, and execution across Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, and production readiness.
• Analyse and improve SDLC processes by identifying enhancement opportunities, supporting project testing and implementation, and providing continuous recommendations and progress reporting to Project Managers and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Cross-Border Payments and Reporting Plus (CBPR+) standards, payment messaging, and cross-border payment processing.
• Familiarity with MEPS+ (MAS Electronic Payment System) and domestic payment clearing and settlement processes.
• Solid understanding of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX message standards, including message mapping, migration strategies, and end-to-end payment flows.
