Job summary

MARQUESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a System Analyst to translate business requirements into robust system solutions and guide them from specification through SIT, UAT and go-live.

The role emphasizes close collaboration with business units and technology teams to map processes, design specifications, and implement enhancements. The successful candidate will have a CS degree and at least six years’ experience in financial services, strong analytical abilities, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Strong analytical and data requirements review abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience with system development life cycle and project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate into system specifications.
• Lead SIT and support UAT and go-live.
• Design and document systems per methodology (functional/design specs).
• Collaborate with business units and tech teams to identify gaps.
• Provide demos, training and user documentation.
• Track progress and coordinate actions among stakeholders.
