Job summary

A-IT INVESTMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a System Analyst to translate business requirements into robust system solutions and to support SIT, UAT and go-live activities.

You will design and document system specifications within our SDM framework and work closely with business units and technology teams to close gaps. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field and at least 6 years of relevant experience in financial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Analytical skills to review data, requirements and gaps for improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain complex terms clearly.
• Interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders and teams.
• Excellent time management to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into system specifications and support SIT/UAT and go-live.
• Design and document system specifications per SDM with functional and design specs.
• Collaborate with Business Units, users and technology teams to analyze processes and identify gaps and solutions.
• Work with Functional BAs and technical teams to implement enhancements and fix issues.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and track action items and progress.
• Provide demos, training, and user documentation for system usage.
