Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a Lead Technical Analyst to drive regional payment solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs and supervising end-to-end system architecture and implementation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure design integrity, assess performance improvements, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for post-deployment support.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Cross-Border Payments and Reporting Plus (CBPR+) standards, payment messaging, and cross-border processing.
• Familiarity with MAS Electronic Payment System MEPS+ and domestic clearing and settlement processes.
• Solid understanding of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX message standards, including mappings and migration strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis for regional payment solutions, translating business requirements into scalable designs and overseeing end-to-end system architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to design, review, and optimise technical solutions aligned with requirements and project objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical specifications and design documentation, evaluate alternatives to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Oversee vendor deliverables and QA activities, including review of designs, test strategies, and execution across testing and production readiness.
• Analyze and improve SDLC processes, identify enhancements, support testing and implementation, and provide progress reports to stakeholders.

• Basic: $6000 - $7000 + Allowance

Job Scope:

• Lead technical analysis for regional payment solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs while overseeing end-to-end system architecture, solution implementation, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to design, review, and optimise technical solutions, ensuring alignment with functional requirements, industry best practices, and project objectives.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical specifications and design documentation, while evaluating and recommending alternative solutions to improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Oversee vendor deliverables and quality assurance activities, including the review of technical designs, test strategies, and execution across Unit Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, and production readiness.
• Analyse and improve SDLC processes by identifying enhancement opportunities, supporting project testing and implementation, and providing continuous recommendations and progress reporting to Project Managers and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Cross-Border Payments and Reporting Plus (CBPR+) standards, payment messaging, and cross-border payment processing.
• Familiarity with MEPS+ (MAS Electronic Payment System) and domestic payment clearing and settlement processes.
• Solid understanding of SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 MX message standards, including message mapping, migration strategies, and end-to-end payment flows.
