Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a System Administrator to support system administration tasks, including troubleshooting and deployments. The ideal candidate will handle L1/L2 support requests, deploy new computer images using SCCM, and manage software and hardware assets. A strong understanding of Windows OS and networking concepts is required, along with 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role. This position offers opportunities to collaborate with various IT teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Windows environment and OS installations.
• Experience in L1/L2 support and helpdesk tools.
• Familiarity with SCCM for software deployment.
• Basic understanding of TCP, UDP, and Routing.
• Good command of troubleshooting Windows OS issues.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support L1/L2 incidents or requests raised by end users.
• Deploy new computer images using SCCM.
• Coordinate with suppliers for parts replacement or repair.
• Update and track computer assets in the CMDB.
• Support network-related incidents and printer issues.
• Installation and deployment of Windows OS and applications.
• Manage software and hardware asset tracking.
