Job summary

OCBC Bank invites highly motivated undergraduates to join its Corporate Finance internship in Singapore. You will support advisory and capital-raising activities, contribute to live deal execution, and develop analytical and modelling skills through exposure to IPOs, M&A, and strategic transactions.

You’ll conduct research, help prepare materials, and gain hands-on experience with industry databases and valuation techniques in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, MergerMarket, and AlphaSense would be advantageous.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least 6 months.
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Finance Advisory: exposure to a variety of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, secondary fund raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory engagements.
• Industry & Company Research: conduct industry, market, and company research to support client pitches, transaction execution, and business development initiatives.
• Pitchbook & Transaction Materials: assist in the preparation of pitchbooks, presentations, teasers, information memoranda, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial Analysis & Valuation: support the development of financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF, sensitivity analysis, and trading and transaction comparable assessments.
• Due Diligence Support: assist in reviewing and analysing information required for transaction evaluation and execution.
• Financial Database Research: utilise financial information platforms such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, MergerMarket, and AlphaSense to gather market intelligence and support analysis.
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on other corporate finance projects and assignments as required
