Job summary

OCBC Bank Singapore is offering a Corporate Finance Intern role designed to immerse you in live deals. You will work with senior bankers on advisory, capital-raising activities and client engagements while developing financial modelling, valuation, and research skills.

You will learn to prepare transaction materials, conduct industry analysis, and support deal execution in a fast-paced environment, under guidance from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel; comfortable with PowerPoint and Word.
• Willing to commit to a minimum 6‑month internship.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Corporate Finance Advisory exposure to IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and fund raisings.
• Industry, market, and company research to support client pitches and deal execution.
• Assist in preparing pitchbooks, teasers, and information memoranda.
