Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Swim Coach & Operations Executive. The role combines coaching young swimmers with centre operations, requiring a 5-day week and weekend shifts, with weekday hours from 9am–6pm or 11am–8pm and weekend 8am–6pm.

You will conduct classes for babies to children, assist senior coaches, handle registrations, bookings, and parent updates, and help maintain pool safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Background in sports, fitness, childcare, or teaching is an advantage.
• Willing to work weekends as part of the schedule.
• Relevant swimming, first aid, or lifesaving certifications are an advantage (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Swim Coaching: Conduct classes for babies, toddlers, and young children; support senior coaches and gradually take independent teaching responsibilities; provide basic progress feedback to parents.
• Operations & Coordination: Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration, bookings, attendance, and basic admin tasks; communicate schedules to parents.
• Safety & Facility Support: Ensure pool safety and cleanliness; set up and pack up pool area; maintain hygiene and safety standards for pool and facilities.
