Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Swim Coach & Operations Executive to support coaching and daily centre operations.

You will run swim classes for babies, toddlers and young children, help with scheduling, registrations and communication with parents, and assist in ensuring pool safety and hygiene across the centre. Weekend work is required and shifts vary between mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• Background in sports, fitness, childcare, or teaching is an advantage.
• Able to work weekends (required).
• Relevant swimming, first aid, or lifesaving certifications are an advantage (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Support senior coaches during classes and progress to independent teaching responsibilities.
• Provide feedback on progress to parents and help with lesson preparation.
• Assist with daily class scheduling, student registrations and class coordination.
• Manage bookings, attendance and basic administrative tasks.
• Communicate class schedules and updates to parents.
• Ensure pool safety and maintain cleanliness of facilities.

Swim Coach & Operations Executive

Working Days: 5 days week (weekend needed)
Working Time: weekday 9am-6pm or 11am-8pm; weekend 8am-6pm
Working Location: Tanjong Katong & Bendemeer (no fixed)
Salary: $2,500 to $4,000

Responsibilities

Swim Coaching

• Conduct swim classes for babies, toddlers, and young children (training provided).
• Support senior coaches during classes and gradually take on independent teaching responsibilities.
• Provide basic progress feedback to parents and assist with lesson preparation.

Operations & Coordination

• Assist with daily class scheduling, student registration, and class coordination.
• Manage bookings, attendance records, and basic administrative tasks.
• Communicate class schedules and updates to parents.
• Support the daily operations of the swim centre.

Safety & Facility Support

• Ensure pool safety and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Set up and pack up the pool area before and after classes.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards for the pool, equipment, and facilities.

Requirements
