Job summary

Inspire Mum & Baby, a Singapore-based maternal and family wellness company, seeks a warm, energetic Swim Coach & Operations Executive to join our growing team. You will be trained to coach babies, toddlers and children while supporting daily centre operations and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You do not need prior coaching experience; structured training, mentoring and professional swim-teaching certifications will be provided to develop you into a confident coach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct swimming classes for babies, toddlers and children.
• Teach water safety and progressive swimming skills.
• Support children of different ages in a safe, encouraging environment.
• Communicate confidently and professionally with parents.
• Maintain high safety and class quality standards.
• Participate in training and professional development.
• Support smooth day-to-day centre operations.
• Assist with enquiries, bookings and class arrangements.
• Assist with opening/closing duties when rostered.
• Contribute to events and programme activities.

Inspire Mum & Baby is looking for a warm, energetic and responsible Swim Coach & Operations Executive to join our growing team.

You do not need to be an experienced swim coach. If you're confident in the water, enjoy working with children and families, and have the right attitude, we provide structured training, mentoring and professional swim-teaching certifications to develop you into a confident coach.

What You'll Do

Swim Coaching

• Conduct swimming classes for babies, toddlers and children
• Teach water confidence, water safety and progressive swimming skills
• Support children of different ages and abilities in a safe, encouraging environment
• Communicate confidently and professionally with parents
• Maintain high standards of safety and class quality
• Participate in structured training, mentoring and professional development

Centre Operations

• Support the smooth day-to-day running of the centre
• Assist with customer enquiries, bookings and class arrangements
• Support opening and closing duties when rostered
• Assist with events, programmes and other operational activities
• Work closely with the coaching and operations team to provide an excellent customer experience

Who We're Looking For

Previous swim-teaching, coaching, early-childhood, sports, fitness, hospitality or customer-service experience is an advantage, but not essential.
