Job summary

SOLIDUS IT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled Business Analyst/Consultant to support banking payments operations, focusing on regulatory and system changes such as SWIFT and ISO20022 migrations.

You will coordinate with APAC branches, manage migration plans, track risks, prepare presentations, and contribute to UAT and implementation under Head Office guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in banking payments operations.
• Familiarity with SWIFT formats (MT101, MT103) and ISO20022 messages (pain.001, pacs.008).
• Prior experience on payment system migrations or regulatory change projects.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking for data and system logic review.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and presentations.

Job description

• Plan and manage regional migration strategy in alignment with Head Office direction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in any field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in banking payments operations, transaction banking, or cash management domains.
• Familiarity with SWIFT message formats (e.g., MT101, MT103) and ISO20022 XML messages (e.g., pain.001, pacs.008).
• Prior experience working on payment system migration or regulatory change projects.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills for data and system logic review.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (for analysis and reporting) and PowerPoint (for presentations and stakeholder communication).
• Highly self-disciplined, proactive, and accountable.
• Motivated to learn and grow in the payments and banking operations domain.
• Committed to driving project success with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
• Experience managing or coordinating with overseas branches or remote teams, project management experience, including progress tracking, issue management, scope, and change control are a plus.
