Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a Senior VP, Treasury Products to lead strategy and lifecycle management of treasury and FX offerings across Retail Banking. You will partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Ops and Front Office to deliver competitive, compliant solutions for complex client needs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Treasury Products, Global Markets, Investments, Wealth, or Product Management in banking.
• Strong expertise in FX, treasury and liquidity solutions, fixed income and bonds, derivatives.
• Experience in product governance, regulatory reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to engage senior leadership and governance committees.
• Strategic, commercially driven with balance of growth and risk.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, development, commercialization and lifecycle management of treasury and FX products.
• Act as SME for FX, bonds, structured products, equities-linked solutions and precious metals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, suitability and risk governance frameworks.
• Lead product approvals, governance reviews, regulatory assessments and remediation.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Ops, Tech and Front Office to implement enhancements.
• Support RMs and Investment Counsellors on complex client solutions and structuring.
• Identify market opportunities to grow revenue and wallet share.
• Monitor product performance and regulatory developments.
