Job summary

DBS Asia Central in Singapore seeks an accomplished Relationship Manager for our Private Banking division, focusing on HNW/UHNW clients in the NRI market. You will grow the business through proactive acquisition and retention and provide tailored investment guidance.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain ongoing client relationships to understand wealth sources and needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of private banking products and solutions as well as deep expertise of the NRI Market with relevant networks.
• Good understanding of banking compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong client centricity.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate widely with various internal stakeholders to drive client acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business through proactive acquisition and retention of HNW/UHNW clients within the NRI market.
• Implement geographical focused strategy in line with business strategy.
• Source for and acquire new clients within market and refer potential clients to other marketing teams or other segments within the bank.
• Provide investment advice to clients and be fully responsible for clients under management.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and understand the client's background and source of wealth.
