Job summary

United Overseas Bank Limited is seeking a Senior Vice President of Deposits Product Management to define strategic direction, growth, and profitability for the deposits portfolio. You will lead Affluent and Pricing Deposit products, partnering across Retail Banking, Digital Banking and Risk to deliver sustainable growth and superior customer experience.

Qualifications

12–15 years of banking experience, with significant deposits product management, retail banking, consumer banking, or affluent banking.
Proven track record in managing large deposits portfolios and delivering strong growth and profitability.
Deep understanding of deposits products, pricing strategies, balance sheet management, customer acquisition, and product economics.
Experience leading strategic product initiatives, digital transformation, and customer journey optimization programs.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and business performance.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
Strong understanding of banking regulations, governance frameworks, and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the deposits product strategy to drive portfolio growth, customer acquisition, market share expansion, and profitability.
Lead the strategic management of Affluent and Pricing Deposit products, ensuring alignment with the Bank's overall retail banking and customer franchise objectives.
Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to develop innovative product propositions and enhance customer value.
Own and drive product P&L, balance growth, revenue generation, pricing strategy, and overall portfolio profitability.
Drive end-to-end customer journey enhancements across onboarding, servicing, engagement, and transactional experiences.
Champion customer-centric design and innovation to improve acquisition, engagement, and retention outcomes.
Lead product reviews, governance forums, policy updates, and risk assessments to maintain a strong control environment.
