Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a Corporate Deposit Product Manager to lead the development, management, and growth of the corporate deposit suite across Global Wholesale Banking. You will drive pricing, portfolio optimization, and deposit strategy to support funding objectives.

You will work with Relationship Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver competitive deposit solutions, including digital enhancements, while ensuring regulatory compliance and sound risk management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in transaction banking, cash management, corporate deposits, product management or related banking functions.
• Strong knowledge of corporate deposit products, balance sheet management and deposit pricing principles.
• Familiar with Singapore banking regulations related to deposit products.
• Experience leading product development, enhancement or transformation projects in banking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Bank’s corporate deposit portfolio (Current Account & Time Deposit).
• Monitor deposits spreads, funding costs, balance trends, and profitability for optimization.
• Review and actively manage deposit pricing, product profitability, and portfolio performance.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Sales to drive deposit growth.
• Lead initiatives to enhance corporate deposit capabilities through digital channels and platform improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve processes, efficiency and risk controls.
• Monitor market developments and regulatory changes affecting corporate deposits.
