Qualifications

• 15+ years in banking/financial services with deposits product and regional strategy.
• Treasury/balance sheet skillset is ideal.
• Proven ability to lead regional harmonization and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams across channels, finance, legal, compliance, and technology.
• Strategic mindset with executional rigor for portfolio optimization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction to deposit product managers across markets.
• Drive deposit growth, cost optimization, and embed a risk culture.
• Champion product innovation and suitability to enhance franchise value.
• Act as gatekeeper for deposit initiatives aligning strategy and operations.
• Lead regional deposit strategies and harmonize product development.
• Oversee regional product shelf management balancing local and group needs.
• Develop strong relationships with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Channels.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cost of funds and net interest margin across the region.
• Drive cross-sell, upsell, and acquisition initiatives.
