Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or sustainability.
• 1-2 years of experience, with team leadership for senior roles.
• Certifications: BCA Energy Auditor, SCEM (GMAP/GMAAP advantageous).
• Excellent expertise in ACMV design, energy optimisation, and simulation tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments.
• Develop and optimise system designs, equipment sizing, and configurations.
• Perform energy simulations to evaluate efficiency, cost, and performance.
• Support Business Development with technical solutions for tenders and proposals.
• Lead Green Mark gap analysis and drive certification strategies.
• Manage regulatory approvals, submissions, and grant applications.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and sustainability frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across design, projects, and operations.
• Engage stakeholders including clients, authorities, and senior management.
• Drive design excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• (Senior level) Lead and mentor local & regional design teams
