Qualifications

Degree or diploma in mechanical/building services engineering from a recognised institution.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in energy audits or HVAC/ACMV maintenance.
Experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional buildings is an advantage.
Familiarity with BMS data and energy monitoring is preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, conduct, and document energy audits for HVAC/ACMV systems.
Perform asset stock-taking for EEOA studies and improve energy use.
Identify energy-saving opportunities and recommend retrofit measures.
Prepare energy audit reports, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of ACMV equipment.
Coordinate with contractors, ensure safety and timely work completion.
Monitor system performance via BMS and troubleshoot faults to minimise downtime.
Ensure compliance with Singapore standards and safety regulations.
