Qualifications

Background in engineering, environmental science, urban planning, sustainability or related field.
Strong understanding of sustainability concepts and low-carbon developments.
Familiarity with Eco-Industrial Park (EIP) frameworks is advantageous.
Strong analytical and critical thinking with business acumen.
Ability to translate technical data into clear insights and visuals.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills; PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

Research sustainability trends, low-carbon technologies, and benchmarks for industrial parks.
Identify and evaluate low-carbon solutions across energy, water, materials, mobility, waste, and digitalization.
Support integration of low-carbon solutions into urban/industrial park developments.
Assist in low-carbon IP branding, value proposition, and marketing materials.
Coordinate data collection for energy, carbon, water, waste, and social indicators for EIP frameworks.
Support feasibility studies, pilots, and quantify emissions reductions and ROI.
Assist the Head, Sustainable Assets in preparing presentations and business cases.
