recruitSG is seeking a motivated and versatile Account cum Marketing Executive to join our team. The role combines client account management with marketing and communications responsibilities, supporting both operational and business development goals.

You will work closely with clients to coordinate recycling and data destruction services while helping to promote sustainability initiatives and corporate branding.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in account management, marketing, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and professional handling of requests.
• Prepare quotations, service agreements, and follow-up on sales inquiries.
• Coordinate job orders with operations, logistics, and data destruction teams.
• Manage client feedback, after-service follow-ups, and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business.
• Support the preparation of reports, recycling certificates, and carbon savings summaries for clients.
