Job summary

CapitaLand invites a motivated intern to join the Sustainability team in Singapore for Jan–Jun 2027. You will contribute to emissions data analysis, market benchmark development, and sustainability reporting, gaining hands-on experience with ESG KPIs and decarbonization initiatives.

You will work with cross-functional teams, perform data collection and validation, and participate in sustainability workshops to drive cultural change and practical decarbonization solutions.

Qualifications

• Master student or pursuing a Doctorate thesis in sustainability or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with interest in sustainability data and reporting.
• Knowledge of Excel or similar data collection/processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Support sustainability projects, such as decarbonization and ESG reporting.
• Assist in tracking progress on CapitaLand Development's sustainability goals and KPIs.
• Prepare data reports and contribute to benchmark development for Singapore.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data and methodologies.
