Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring a Production Operator to support the assembly of surgical instruments and medical products in our Singapore manufacturing facility. You will follow detailed work instructions, set up and monitor equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and work with engineers to drive quality, safety and process improvements while adhering to

Qualifications

Minimum Nitec, Higher Nitec or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or engineering.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment.
Hands-on, responsible and able to follow detailed work instructions.

Responsibilities

Produce and assemble surgical instruments according to work instructions and production requirements.
Set up, operate and monitor production equipment.
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve minor equipment malfunctions.
Identify and report production bottlenecks and product deviations.
Ensure products meet required quality and production standards.
Provide feedback and observations to engineers to support process development and continuous improvement.
Follow workplace safety, quality and production procedures.
