Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is hiring for a production assistant to produce and assemble surgical instruments according to work instructions and production requirements in our Singapore facility. You will operate and monitor production equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and identify bottlenecks while ensuring quality and safety standards.

No prior experience is required, but hands-on, reliable individuals who can follow detailed instructions are preferred.

Qualifications

No prior experience required; candidates with production or manufacturing experience are welcome.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing / production environment.
Able to commit to 2 rotating shifts and any 5 working days per week.
Hands-on, responsible and able to follow detailed work instructions.
Able to commit for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

Produce and assemble surgical instruments according to work instructions and production requirements.
Set up, operate and monitor production equipment.
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve minor equipment malfunctions.
Identify and report production bottlenecks and product deviations.
Ensure products meet required quality and production standards.
Provide feedback and observations to engineers to support process development and continuous improvement.
Follow workplace safety, quality and production procedures.
