Responsibilities

• Produce and assemble surgical instruments according to work instructions and quality standards.
• Set up, operate and monitor production equipment.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions and report issues when necessary.
• Identify production bottlenecks and communicate product defects or deviations.
• Support engineers by providing feedback for process development, improvement and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
