Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembler to join our team responsible for assembling medical devices across multiple workstations with high precision. You will follow detailed instructions, SOPs, and use a range of tools while ensuring traceable data is recorded accurately in manufacturing systems.

The role requires 4 years of related experience and secondary education, with preference for prior medical device assembly.

Qualifications

• 4 years of previous related experience required.
• Secondary Education and previous medical device assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices across multiple stations with precision, following work orders and drawings.
• Review and follow SOPs, recording traceable data in device history records and manufacturing systems.
• Provide coaching and training to lower level employees and monitor line performance.
• Perform line clearance: clean and sanitize stations at shift start and between orders.
• Self-assess work, conduct visual inspections, and escalate issues to supervisor as needed.
• Maintain general housekeeping in the work area.
