Job summary

OneEmpower Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an entry-level Application Support specialist to provide first-line assistance to users, classify problems on the spot, and inform the project team for follow-up actions.

You will track incident status, maintain operation procedures and documentation, and support deployments, builds, and release notes to users and the project team.

On-the-job training will be provided; a Higher Diploma in computer science or related discipline is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of application support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux, shell scripting, Java, Oracle, SQL.
• Familiarity with WebLogic or WebSphere is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service mindset.

Requirements

• Experience on project development, UAT and deployment is a definite advantage
• Independent in problem solving and analysis
• Good interpersonal skill, excellent service attitude and telephone manner
• On the job training will be provided.
