Job description

Our client is a global leader in the FMCG industry. Due to evolving business needs, we are partnering with them to hire a Supply Planner to drive operational excellence in inventory management and supply chain processes. You will play a key role in ensuring optimal stock levels, improving forecasting accuracy, and supporting business performance through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory for assigned categories by reviewing forecasts, replenishment methods, past sales trends, and current stock holding.
  • Analyze key supply chain KPIs and monthly sales performance to identify risks, opportunities, and growth potential, taking proactive action to minimize business impact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve planned results, while being dependable and innovative in daily operations.
  • Partner with your line manager to develop inventory strategies that enhance internal processes such as forecasting, reporting, and analysis, improving stock control, cost efficiency, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare monthly replenishment reviews, highlight risks and opportunities, raise purchase orders based on analysis, and manage vendor communication on order and delivery matters.
Key Requirements
  • Ideally a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in Retail or FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational abilities.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
