Job summary

The LEGO Group Singapore is seeking a proactive Supply Inventory Planning Analyst for a 12-month assignment to support planning systems analytics and supply planning during a critical transition. Based in Singapore, the role focuses on data integrity, system testing, and inventory optimization to stabilize operations and drive smooth cutover activities.

Qualifications

  • Background in supply planning, inventory management, and data analytics.
  • Experience with first pass SAP S/4HANA testing, issues and change management.
  • Experience with Kinaxis Maestro.
  • Proven analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in process documentation and standardization.
  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder engagement across systems, business, and operational teams.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transition environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support data hygiene and data clean ups to enable a good base for planning purposes.
  • Develop process documentation for new processes, new system procedures, and new process setups.

We are searching for a driven Supply Inventory Planning Analyst (12 months)to join our dynamic team at The LEGO Group.This role combines planning systems & analytics support with supply planning & inventory optimization responsibilities to stabilize operations, ensure smooth cutover activities, and lean in to support the team with increased workload during this critical transformation.

This role is based in Singapore with no relocation assistance.

Core Responsibilities

1. Planning Systems & Analytics Support

  • Perform data analysis and data checks to ensure data integrity across planning systems.

  • Support S4 implementation through first-pass basic testing, defect management, and support cutover readiness activities.

  • Drive Kinaxis Maestro documentation and first-pass issues follow up and testing as the team works through KM stabilization.

  • Support the Data Mesh data gathering exercise, contributing accurate and timely data.

2. Supply Planning & Inventory Optimization
  • Support the team on increased operational workload to relieve the core team during periods of business volatility and system transition.

  • Manage global cross flow manual placement of orders and tracking.

  • Provide analytical support for inventory optimization efforts

  • Support data hygiene and data clean ups to enable a good base for planning purposes.

  • Develop process documentation for new processes, new system procedures, and new process setups.

Do youhavewhat it takes?
  • Background in supply planning, inventory management, and data analytics.

Nice to have:

  • 2-3 years equivalent working experience in Supply Chain Operationsin the area ofSupply Inventory Planning or Demand Planning / System and Process Transformation / Project Management

  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative environment

  • Data presentation and analysis using data analytic tools like advanced Excel/Power BI or Tableau.

  • Experience withERPplanning systemslike SAP, Kinaxisetcpreferred
