Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to support end-to-end operations, including forecasting, inventory planning, procurement coordination, pricing administration, and stock allocation.

You will work with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy, maintain inventory health, and ensure timely product availability, using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience with SAP ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain demand forecasts.
• Monitor inventory performance and stock levels.
• Track forecast accuracy and Days of Supply (DOS).
• Process procurement activities and purchase orders.
• Maintain pricing information and ERP master data.
• Execute SAP transactions related to supply chain operations.
• Coordinate shipment schedules and delivery planning.
• Allocate inventory according to demand forecasts and business priorities.
• Generate operational reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.

• Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
