Job summary

KANRY SEARCH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Supply Chain Program Manager to drive end-to-end initiatives from demand planning to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and monitoring milestones.

Requirements: degree in Supply Chain Management with at least 5 years in a similar industry, knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms, ERP/MRP proficiency, and a CIPS or similar qualification.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management and at least 5 years' experience in Supply Chain Program in similar industry.
• Familiar with import/export procedures and Incoterms.
• CIPS or similar qualification.
• ERP and MRP knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of Supply Chain programs from demand planning to delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet milestones.
• Track progress and address risks or delays.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely supply and accuracy.
• Work with Sales to manage delivery schedules and orders.
• Perform supplier qualification and onboarding.
• Maintain program dashboards and reports.
• Analyse material flow, lead times and cost performance.
• Prepare summaries on program health (inventory, shipments, costs).
• Plan inbound/outbound shipments for on-time delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders for imports/exports.
• Optimize transportation and warehouse operations.
• Continuously improve Supply Chain visibility.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain.

Job description

Duties and Responsibilities includes, but not limited to:

• Support end-to-end execution of Supply Chain programs - from demand planning, procurement, and logistics to customer delivery
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project or program milestones
• Track progress of program deliverables and proactively address Supply Chain risks or delays
• Liaise with Suppliers to ensure timely material supply, order accuracy, and compliance with specifications
• Work closely with Sales to manage delivery schedules, order status and program requirements
• Performs Supplier qualification, onboarding and tracks performance monitoring
• Maintain and update program dashboards, metrics and reports for management review
• Analyse material flow, lead times, and cost performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare summaries on program health (inventory levels, shipment schedules, cost variance)
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery
• Liaise with freight forwarders for import/export matters
• Optimise transportation and warehouse operations for cost efficiency
• Continuously improve Supply Chain visibility
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain to enhance responsiveness and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management and at least 5 years' experience in Supply Chain Program in similar industry
• Familiar with import/export procedures and Incoterms
• Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or similar qualification
• ERP and MRP knowledge is required
