Qualifications

• Bachelor/undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Computer, Data Science or Statistics.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MS Access, SQL, Tableau).
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of demand planning, supply planning and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with MRP/ERP systems (preferably o9).

Responsibilities

• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders with action plans to drive value.
• Present data clearly and anticipate key decision points.
• Identify opportunities for automation and standardization.
• Analyze FG availability and delivery performance; propose root-cause actions.
• Perform demand and supply gap analyses.
• Suggest process improvements to boost efficiency and productivity.
• Support o9 projects and data validation for process improvements.

Supply Chain Planning Internship

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing insights and recommendations to business stakeholders along with an action plan to drive business value
• Organizing and presenting data in a clear, concise manner while anticipating current and future decision points
• Lookout for opportunities for automation and standardization
• Analyze FG availability, Delivery ability performance review - root cause analysis and corrective action plan
• Perform Demand and Supply gap analysis
• Open to suggest areas for improvement, enhancing the processes to promote efficiency and productivity
• Additional ad-hoc duties on Supply and Demand as assigned
• Support the o9 projects and data validation for process improvement

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor / Undergraduate Student majoring in Supply Chain/ Logistic, Analytics, Computer, Data Science or Statistics
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies (e.g. Microsoft Access, SQL, Tableau)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and platforms - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Meticulous and strong attention to details
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding in demand planning, supply planning and logistic operation
• Basic understanding on MRP/ ERP system (preferably in o9)
