Job summary

As an Intern, you will support order management and SAP tracking, monitor shipments, prepare export documents, and assist with data collection and reporting to help the team drive supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to manage multiple priorities independently.

Your tasks

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

Order Management & SAP Tracking

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders within SAP R/3; monitor and follow up on open orders pending supplier confirmations.
• Liaise with suppliers to expedite urgent or delayed deliveries and maintain accurate shipment tracking information in SAP R/3.

Logistics & Documentation

• Monitor daily inbound shipments and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure on‑time warehouse arrivals.
• Prepare, verify, and execute export documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.
• Perform billing verification by reconciling vendor invoices against shipping and delivery documents; maintain accurate logistics records.

Administrative Support

• Support the Supply Chain team with data collection, analysis, and reporting for supply chain performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP systems (preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
