Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a planning professional to support demand planning, S&OP, and supply chain optimisation in Singapore. The role focuses on analysing demand variability, capacity constraints, and market trends to drive improved forecasting and inventory strategies.

You will monitor performance, prepare management reports, and contribute to continuous improvements in planning processes across monthly cycles and operational metrics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis tools.
• Experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, or S&OP processes.
• Willing to work extended hours during critical periods of the monthly planning cycle.
• Willing to travel at short notice when required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including demand, supply, inventory, and capacity analysis.
• Assess supply risks, capacity limitations, and inventory concerns, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular updates on planning assumptions and operational performance metrics.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Drive continuous process improvements through data analysis and best practices in demand and supply planning.

Education
