Production Scheduling: Map out, schedule, and track the entire manufacturing cycle for equipment builds, from the initial order release through to final sign-off.
Material Readiness: Guarantee that the assembly floors are consistently supplied with the correct volume of parts and components at the right stations to prevent downtime.
Shortage Mitigation: Proactively resolve part shortages by collaborating with the purchasing team to secure delivery ETAs. Escalate any critical supply bottlenecks that threaten manufacturing or shipping deadlines.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Liaise across multiple departments, including procurement, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and customer operations to align daily and weekly manufacturing schedules with business objectives.
Order Execution: Trigger production orders on time to facilitate equipment assembly and customer-specific modifications.
Logistics & Matrices: Oversee complex delivery matrices, factoring in model variations, product conversions, and demonstration units to align with the overarching build plan. Prepare necessary shipping paperwork and engage with external freight partners.
Reporting & Meetings: Actively present data and share insights during Master Production Schedule (MPS) alignments, shortage resolution huddles, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
