Job summary

Elitez & Associates Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a capable operations supervisor to oversee daily supply chain operations in Jurong/West. You will manage inventory, coordinate with production, sales, finance and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and alignment with SOPs.

The role requires 2-3 years of managerial experience in manufacturing, a degree, and a commitment to safety and 5S practices. AWS/VB bonus eligibility is stated in the posting, and transport support is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in relevant field.
• 2-3 years of managerial experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in manufacturing industry and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily supply chain operations and inventory control.
• Coordinate with production, sales, finance, vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, ISO standards and company SOPs.
• Implement buddy systems, cross-training and teamwork to strengthen staff communication and development.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality and processes.
• Plan operations and manage workforce deployment to meet departmental targets.
• Ensure workplace safety, 5S practices and good housekeeping.

Job description

Salary Range: $5,000 - $6,000

Location: Jurong / West

Bonus: AWS / VB

Transport pick-up at various designated points

Responsibilities:
