Job description

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 6:00pm SGT

Flexible hours and hybrid working arrangement available for the right candidate.

We’re a fast-growing global e-commerce company operating across multiple countries, managing thousands of products, suppliers, shipments, and customer orders every month.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who enjoys solving operational puzzles and improving the way things work.

This isn’t a traditional procurement role focused on sourcing or negotiating with suppliers. Instead, you’ll work closely with our Procurement, Operations, Warehouse, Product, and Customer Service teams to investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and improve processes that drive better business outcomes.

If you’ve ever found yourself asking, “There has to be a better way to do this,” we’d love to meet you.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys figuring out why things happen.

When inventory runs short, supplier deliveries are delayed, purchase orders contain errors, or operational issues keep recurring, you don’t stop at fixing today’s problem—you dig deeper to understand the root cause and build a better process to prevent it from happening again.

You’re analytical, structured, curious, and always looking for ways to improve efficiency.

  • Analyse procurement and operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Investigate recurring procurement, inventory, and supply chain issues to determine root causes.
  • Review existing workflows and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs to standardise best practices.
  • Track operational KPIs and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Customer Operations, Product, and Logistics teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation.
  • Support implementation of new operational systems and tools.
  • Assist in improving supplier performance monitoring and procurement controls.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects across procurement and supply chain operations.
  • Why do certain suppliers consistently deliver late?
  • Why do inventory shortages occur despite sufficient forecasts?
  • How can we reduce manual work in our procurement process?
  • Why are purchase orders occasionally delayed or inaccurate?
  • How can supplier performance be measured more effectively?
  • Which operational processes can be automated to improve efficiency?
  • How can we reduce procurement lead times while maintaining quality?
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Business Analysis, Process Improvement, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with data.
  • Comfortable analysing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Able to communicate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Bonus if you have experience with:
  • ERP or procurement systems
  • Inventory management
  • Business intelligence tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, etc.)
  • E-commerce or retail operations

“Why did this happen?”

“How can we prevent this from happening again?”

“Is there a simpler or more efficient way?”

“Can this process be automated?”

“What does the data tell us?”

  • Work on meaningful projects that directly improve business performance.
  • Gain exposure across procurement, supply chain, warehouse, operations, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple international markets.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment where your ideas can quickly become reality.
  • Grow alongside a rapidly expanding global e-commerce business.

If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and making operations run more efficiently, we’d love to hear from you.
