Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) is seeking a procurement-focused program or project manager to drive cross-functional initiatives, manage supplier onboarding and tender activities, and uphold post-contract metrics for awarded work.

Responsibilities

  • Independently and cross-functionally deliver on projects/goals.
  • Manage assigned supplier onboarding and qualification processes.
  • Manage assigned tender events, and related follow-on contract generation supporting the Procurement Category Manager.
  • Manage post contract metrics and audit process for work awarded.
  • Identify dashboard requirements for metrics reporting and identify opportunities for process improvement and develop training documentation.
  • Monitor and manage purchase requisition process using information provided by business owners and suppliers.

Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

Basic Qualifications
  • 2+ years of program or project management experience
  • 1+ years of supply chain experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
