Job summary

ORICUS SEMICON SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a Supply Chain Manager/Head of Supply Chain to oversee planning and management of materials, procurement, inventory and logistics. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.

You will apply production planning expertise, leverage ERP and Excel to monitor performance, optimize stock levels, and drive cost efficiency in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain is preferred.
• At least 3 years of supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in fabrication/manufacturing mechanical parts and production planning.
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP and data management.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of materials and goods locally and overseas.
• Plan and coordinate procurement activities to ensure material availability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers/vendors.
• Manage and develop supplier base and performance.
• Track stock levels to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate logistics arrangements to customers.
• Analyze expenditures and report to management.
• Provide weekly delivery reports to management.

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager/ Head of Supply Chain is responsible for overseeing the overall supply chain planning and management process in the organisation. The role involves material planning and procurement, inventory and logistics management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Perform procurement of materials and goods both locally and overseas

• Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to the procurement of necessary materials

• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers/ vendors

• Manage and develop suppliers/ vendors

• Manage and track stock to ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand

• Create and coordinate logistics arrangements to customers

• Track, measure and analyse company expenditures and provide report for management

• Provide weekly delivery reports to management for review

• Other coordination matters to ensure an efficient supply chain management

About you

• Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain preferred

• At least 3 years of supply chain (procurement/ planning) work experience in Manufacturing environment

• Good experience in fabrication/ manufacturing mechanical part with strong production planning skills

• Proficiency in Excel, ERP and data management

• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills

• Result-orientated, organized, meticulous with good problem solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoy working in fast-paced environment
