Job summary

biomed diagnostics pte ltd is undergoing a strategic transformation in its Singapore operations. We are seeking a leader to oversee day-to-day operations, drive process improvements, and build a high-performing team across customer service, procurement and logistics.

You will revamp documentation, coordinate internal audits with the regulatory and quality assurance teams, and implement reporting dashboards to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, procurement and logistics operations.
• Exposure to healthcare or biomedical industries is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

As part of our brand and strategic transformation, we are seeking a talent who can oversee our operations and and improve our internal processes.

One of our key focus areas, is to enhance our stakeholder experience. You will be actively involved in revamping our customer service processes, improving our documentation, and helping us build the right team to serve both our internal and external stakeholders. You will also coordinate internal audits and compliance related matters with our regulatory and quality assurance team.

The role will be challenging for the next few months as we look to transform many of our manual processes, and we need to achieve this whilst maintaining our service levels to our stakeholders.
