Job summary

Louis Vuitton Singapore invites interns to support the Supply Chain Team in optimizing stock, improving omnichannel performance, and forecasting. The program focuses on Omni Channel performance, inventory optimization for sell-through, and forecasting, with exposure to tools and dashboards for monitoring and improving efficiency.

The role involves client orders management, reverse logistics, and collaboration with Merchandising to rebalance stock.

Qualifications

• Analytical with experience in operational processes.
• Organized, Meticulous and Data oriented.
• Ability to work independently, taking initiative and being accountable with minimum supervision.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Power BI knowledge, programming skills (VBA, SQL) / SAP experience will be an added plus.
• Efficient Presentation skills. Ability to present meaning of data in an analytically manner.

Responsibilities

• Client Orders Management and Omni Channel Performance: assist in improving response time and timely fulfillment of client orders, provide updates on pending orders, establish monitoring of KPIs, gather data for reviews, and contribute to tools and dashboards for monitoring Omni Channel performance.
• Performance Monitoring: Sell Through Improvement: support in building programs to optimize sell-through of seasonal products, develop tools for rebalance actions, review results with data.
• Operations: Inventory Management, Reverse logistic & Follow up: assist in managing reverse logistics to minimize holding stock, support distribution planners in transfers, develop a system to monitor return efficiency and report to Management.
