Job summary

Louis Vuitton Singapore offers a 6-month internship under the PIONEERS program to support the Supply Chain team across omni‑channel performance, inventory optimization, and forecasting.

The intern will assist in improving order fulfillment, build dashboards, monitor sell-through, and help manage reverse logistics with store returns, enabling better stock visibility and proactive decision making.

Qualifications

• Analytical with experience in operational processes.
• Organized, meticulous and data oriented.
• Ability to work independently, taking initiative and being accountable with minimum supervision.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Power BI knowledge, programming skills (VBA, SQL) / SAP experience will be an added plus.
• Efficient presentation skills and ability to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support Omni Channel performance and client order fulfillment.
• Develop dashboards and data updates for order visibility.
• Build tools to monitor performance and identify failures.
• Assist with inventory optimization and sell-through initiatives.
• Support reverse logistics and return monitoring.
