Job summary

Link2 Manpower Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Data Analyst Support to assist maintenance data analysis, performance reporting and dashboard development. You will analyze operational and maintenance data, identify trends and support data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities include developing real-time KPI dashboards with Power BI or Tableau, supporting AI-enabled workflows and preparing monthly inventory reports. Strong Excel, SQL and programming skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Data Analytics, Software, AI or related field.
• Experience in data analysis or data-driven solutions preferred.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau and AI workflow tools advantageous.

Job description

Location: West Singapore
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract
Salary: S$4,000 – S$6,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:42 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime may be required depending on operational needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a Data Analyst Support professional to support maintenance data analysis, performance reporting, dashboard development and data-driven process improvement.

The successful candidate will analyse operational and maintenance data, identify trends and root causes, develop dashboards and support the use of data and AI tools in maintenance and inventory-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse maintenance system data to identify trends, anomalies and potential root causes.
• Generate actionable insights to support preventive maintenance and corrective works.
• Develop and maintain real-time maintenance KPI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
• Support data and AI-driven maintenance workflows, knowledge-management processes and work-order systems.
• Manage receiving and issuing data for maintenance parts.
• Prepare monthly inventory and stock-level reports.
• Analyse spare-parts usage and inventory trends.
• Support forecasting and purchasing recommendations using analytical and AI-enabled tools.
• Consolidate and validate operational data from relevant systems.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate analytical findings to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Data Analytics, Software, Artificial Intelligence or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in data analysis or data-driven solutions is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, facilities maintenance or a related operational environment is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with Python and/or R.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualisation tools.
• Familiarity with AI workflow tools is advantageous.
• Exposure to CMMS, ERP, SAP, Ariba or similar enterprise systems is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
